Join us for a transformational journey in the stunning island Sicily in Italy. It’s been a long time that I was looking for a nice place to gather for our Yoga Retreat, and now I am very happy to offer you this Prana Vinyasa Retreat in a nice Yoga- and Kite-Surf Center. At the end of april we are heading to the South of Sicily to spend our week in Santa Maria del Focallo.It seems like this place has no time. It is truly a place of peace and stillness, the perfect spot to relax and renew.

Sicily is the biggest island in the Mediterranean and especially in springtime breathtaking and beautiful. The temperatures are between 20 and  28 degrees and invites to jump in the water or to do some nice hiking. Spring in Sicily is the best season to practice Yoga and combine it with a  nice exploration of culture and nature. The whole island shows is surrounded by the nice smell of the flowering lemon and orange trees. Beside all the beautiful temples this is the reason why I love to call it Island of Gods. After a long winter we really deserve this holiday to regenerate and awaken our senses. Let’s do yoga and have some fun!

On this very special Retreat we will dive into an amazing Prana Vinyasa Yoga Sadhana. We will dedicate our practice time to Let Go of old patterns and we will invite new fresh energy to be bring another lifestyle into our every day lives. To make our journey complete we will have a supernice daytrip to the ancient greek temples in Sicily.
