The courses are units to 5 yogaclasses and cost 65,00€. The amount has to be paid at the beginning of the course and is not refundable. If for some reason you cannot come to a class, you are allowed to join another class during the 5-weeks (if there is still a free spot ); If you book two or more courses you will receive 10% discount;

Course description
My yogaclasses are offered in 5 weeks courses.
This makes it possible to prepare and design my classes for the needs of my students. Tough it’s possible to jump in every time you want to join us.

Prana Vinyasa Basic:
This Basic Yogaclass is designed for beginners and all those who wants to know the basics of Prana Vinyasa Yoga. In this course we learn the alignment of the core asanas and we play with simple flows: part of each yogaclass is a beautiful meditation, breath consciousness and expansion, sun salutations and simple vinyasa sequences and a final relaxation.
For absolute beginners I offer specific beginner workshops throughout the year. Here you can find out more about the history and philosophy of yoga as well as the basic Asanas (postures).

Prana Vinyasa Level 1:
Level 1 is for advanced Yogis, who already have experience in Vinyasa Yoga verfügen or who have a regular practice. From this level on the yogaclasses are flowing and often very dynamic. We practice Pranayama, Kriyas and the Asana practice is more demanding. Prana Vinyasa Yoga is based on 40 different Namaskars and 64 transforming Sequences. This is our playground to dive deeper into the world of yoga.

Prana Vinyasa Level 2:
The Level 2 yogaclass is designed for all those who are seeking a challenging practice. Prana Flow Yogis are surfers of life and do not only ride the Vinyasa wave on their yoga mat, but in all facets that life offers them. As nature itself generates things by changing steadily, by letting things grow, glow and then giving it back to earth, we too want to develop an awareness of this continuous change, in order to joyfully ride the waves of life. The breath and creative yoga sequences will carry us through the waves to prepare and experience peak asanas. For this level 2 class good health is required.

Open Level / Sunrise Flow / Morning Flow /Sunrise Flow:
These yogaclasses are open for everybody. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or if you wake up in the mornings with your feet behind the head – everybody can do yoga and for us it is a way to unite body, mind and soul.

For each yogaclass I recommend to let us know if you have some health issues. We are not doctors or therapists, but we can modify your asana practice by giving you different variations. In case of pregnancy (Wahe Guru!) we need to know it before you join the class. To avoid injuries we advice to practice with consciousness and without ego.
